Our standard, minimum visit covers up 2 to hours of garden maintenance with two experienced gardeners. General garden services include trimming, pruning, weeding, lawn mowing, tidying up and planting. We also offer jet washing, which can transform a patio. Hours can be added to any garden service plan, which can benefit larger gardens that needs extra time and care. Thanks to our new customer portal, it's easier than ever to see upcoming jobs and book online.

How does it work?

Simply select your preferred plan and let us know if there is anything specific that should be added to the maintenance plan. We need to know when you would like your service to start, how often and what weekday and time you prefer.
You can choose as many visits as you like and use them for up to 1 year.

Subscribing to a recurring payment plan, you are agreeing to the following conditions, in addition to our terms and conditions.
​
Payment options: Choose between the total amount of direct debits for your chosen period.
• Late payments will incur additional interest fees and/or admin charges.
​
• Regular maintenance bookings cannot be canceled; however, they can be rescheduled with at least 48 notice.
​
• Where a parking permit is available, please inform us before your visit. Where parking is paid, the total amount paid will be invoiced on completion of the work.
​
• Jet washing can be included only if there is enough time within the maintenance hours booked in. Otherwise, we may need additional time to carry this out.
• We have a Cool-off period of 14 days if you change your mind after purchasing. Please inform us in writing: either by email or by sending a letter to our office. If you have not used our services, we will give you a full refund. Full standard payment will be required for all services provided; the discount only applies to the completed package and not to one-off individual services.
• Cancellation of the contract after the Cool-off period of 14 days: Please inform us in writing: by email or by sending a letter to our office. A cancellation fee of £130 (inc. VAT) will be applied. If you have not used our services, we will give you a full refund, minus the deducted cancellation fee of £130. Where the services have been used in part, you will be required to pay the difference in our standard maintenance rates, and the discounted package rate. Our recurring maintenance discount only applies to the completed package and not to each individual service.
