Return Process:

2. Once the return is authorised, securely package the item, including all original packaging materials and accessories.

3. Clearly display the RMA number on the outside of the package.

4. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.


Refund or Replacement:

1. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will issue a refund or provide a replacement as mandated by statutory requirements.
